Internet Marketing Customer Service: Mike Filsaime Is Wrong!

Let me first say very clearly that I fully respect Mike Filsaime and I think it is a great Internet Marketer. Maybe I just wanted your attention with my title, or maybe I just want to draw you with my personal experience to share. You can judge the can.

My point is simply that I often lectures by Mike Filsaime and holds the firm conviction recommend enter your e-mail to one of your customers and you use a help desk system for your customer support. I’m in Internet marketing for quite some time, and began to money immediately, because I do not follow this advice!

Mike Filsaime advice is not your e-mail address anywhere on your site and need assistance service for all customer support to be better suited for someone who grows customers with a range of ten feet pole. When someone finally the customer’s representative in India took place the call, she said most terrible in the English language, that the only way was to check my login information and catch a plane back to Canada and Call

In response to customer demand, there is nothing better than current, high-quality care and customer service.

I just received an email from a woman told me she bought my tape self-hypnosis to lose weight and they saw no difference in weight. On the other hand, she reported that her husband, who had listened to the “financial success” record great! My immediate reaction was to send
enjoy his link to download a FREE MP3 other would, in that the exercise!
This alone can show you the power of a professional customer service and attention. I know I have happy customers and back, and that little effort has cost me absolutely nothing.

Finally, I say that my experience in short, to an Internet marketer in principle, the quality of customer service more than you are willing to pay does not even count.
